About the Project
After a successful career leading global consumer brands, I chose to pivot — away from corporate life to become a professor at LMU and adopted a new mission “help inspire the next generation of business leaders.”
Leadership Wins! is part of that mission.
This research-driven project studies how championship coaches build high-performance teams and then shares the most insightful strategies with rising business leaders.
It has launched a leadership course at LMU, an upcoming book and podcast series — all built on authentic conversations with coaches who know what it means to lead when it matters most.
The vision is this project becomes a legacy platform for elite coaches and another avenue for them to give back.
